Glove Ports & Secure transfer systems
Glove Ports
Glove ports allow users to put their hands inside a closed chamber (glovebox, isolator, RABS), and manipulate products and perform procedures and processes. This can be done without disturbing the pristine, dry, or sterile workspace environment. Glove ports can be located in the front, on the sides, rear or top of a glovebox. The ports enable attachment of Sleeves and Gloves to access hazardous, aseptic, toxic, pyrophoric, and radioactive materials inside the glove box safely. The gloves ideally are attached to the glove box, in such a way that it forms an airtight enclosure.
Though the glove box assembly is airtight, the gloves allow maximum mobility of the products present inside. The ergonomic design of the ports offered by us make it possible for the users to extend their arms and hands to handle materials present on the other side of the isolator barrier wall.
